Punctuality, professionalism, politeness and preparedness will make you stand out as a candidate, no matter if you’re on Zoom or in a conference room.
One thing that’s not on our top tips, but that we highly recommend, is to work with a staffing firm. When you send applications to companies where you have no connections, it can be hard to get inside information into what the company is looking for, what their culture is, and the way the interview will be structured and the questions they might ask.
